ShopStack exists for one reason: choosing ecommerce software is confusing, and most “reviews” online are written to sell you something, not to help you decide.
We publish honest reviews, side-by-side comparisons, and step-by-step guides covering the tools online sellers actually use: email and SMS marketing platforms, page builders, course and funnel tools, review and loyalty apps, helpdesk software, and the Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping setup work that decides whether your products get seen at all.
How we work
- Research first. Every article starts with the vendor’s current documentation, pricing pages, and real user reports, checked before we write a word.
- Hands-on where we say so. When we have used a tool ourselves, in real store work, we say so. When a piece is research-based, we say that too. We never fake experience.
- No paid rankings. Some links on this site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never buy a recommendation. Our full policy is on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
- Updated, not abandoned. Tools change their features and prices constantly. We revisit our guides and correct them when things change, and if you spot an error, we want to hear about it.
Who is behind ShopStack
ShopStack is written from day-to-day ecommerce practice: Shopify store work, Google Merchant Center troubleshooting, and email marketing setup for online stores. That working background is why the guides here focus on the steps and gotchas that matter in a real store, not just feature lists copied from a pricing page.
